Within our group we had many different design plans for our rocket project.
For example, at first we thought of creating a regular rocket with just ONE specific nose cone. My partner and I weren't quite sure how this rocket was going to work. We weren't sure if we could make this rocket properly with just one single cone.
Then, we came up with the design of a normal rocket with fins and a few DIFFERENT nose cones. We thought that using different types of nose cones would produce different outcomes on each trial. We also thought that fins will help the rocket accelerate through the air.
Finally, we decided to create a water rocket. We thought it would be something challenging and exciting to try since neither of us have seen a water rocket in motion. This innovation would be a great experiment for us to put our minds to and give us the opportunity to excel in a project we can be proud of. We are making this rocket out with a 2 liter bottle with fins and, of course, water.
